Procedure

From Briefing to Agile Setup

01

Requirements Analysis

Together we clarify your project goals, team structure, and existing workflow. From this, we derive the appropriate agile method – whether Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid model.

02

Tool Selection & Setup

We select the optimal platform (Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp) and set up boards, backlogs, and permissions according to your requirements. Including integration into your existing IT landscape.

03

Team Workshop & Role Clarification

In a half-day workshop, we define roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developer), introduce the selected method, and practice the first sprint using a concrete example.

04

Pilot Sprint with Coaching

We accompany your first sprint live: daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective are moderated. We identify stumbling blocks and adjust processes directly.

05

Review & Optimization

After the pilot sprint, we evaluate metrics (velocity, lead time, team satisfaction) and fine-tune collaboration. You receive a handbook with all defined processes.
